I have a lot to show you today and a lot to say so you better (or please) sit back for a long post. Get that pillow for your butt so it won't start to tingle half way through. Hahah
First I want to show you a birthday card I made for the best non blood brother I have. Ok he is the only non or blood brother I have. I am an only child. hehehe. I grew up with him and he is the greatest. If you are one of my on going followers I post about his mother passing not long ago. She was like a second mom to me. Ohhhh damn.. I see I'm off track again.. Ok here is his B-day card.
Paper - DCWV Stack 7 - I love this pack.. it coordinated their colors and patterns together and made it real easy for us novice scrappers.
Fiskar boarder punch - Candles
Stamp - Stamendous
Embossed - Cuttlebug Happy Birthday
Felt hearts - K*I Memories
Buttons & Ribbon - who the heck knows where I snatched them up from.
Challenges
2 skethes 4 you - #45
A Spoon Full of Sugar #90 - 1 pattern paper / 1 embossing / 1 ribbon / 1 button I hope it's ok that I used 3 buttons.
Charisma Cardz Week 6 - Male
Hand Full Of Stamps #16 - Open -
Stamping 411 - Color Challenge #110
Now on to more good stuff. I belong to StampTV Birthday Swap and tomorrow is my birthday. Yep a Valentines baby. (as I have heard allll my life) Let me say that I guess the only other time it is worse to have a birthday probably are all the Christmas babies out there. This year my birthday is a little bit better cuz wait til you see the cards that have come my way. I have to show them off..There is such talent out there. Ok here we go. (no particular order)
Can you tell the post office lost one of the bows.. Damn them. And look I got little "Metal Dots" in my envelope. This is from: Betty B. in Conrow Tx.
How great is it that she didn't have to color the whole daisy. It is perfect. Kathy A. from Crayslake, Il. Kathy have fun on your cruse.
This is from Olga J in Woodlawn, VA. What detail on those faries and thank you so much the the stamps. I love surprises!!!
Isn't that kitty so cute and I wish you could see how wonderful the coloring is. This beauty came from Selma in Deer Park, WA.
How did she know Pizza is my fav! Isn't he soooo cute. Barb D from Waukesha, WI is the talent behind this one. I love how his apron matches the background.
Just to let your eyes focus a little I have to show you what I was up against while taking these pictures. I went outside and who has to be right in the middle of things.
Three more and I promise I will take the hand cuffs off. You have to see these last three.
What a beautiful rose.. My mother's name is Rose and my youngest daughter's middle name. The coloring and shading is beautiful. This came from Gloria W from Atoka, TN.
annnndddddd last but nooottttt at allll least..
Ok I have to go pass out now.. I don't think I've typed so much even at work. I am so glad that if your still here you made it through it all and THANK YOU.
Also THANK YOU everyone that sent me your beautiful creations for my B-Day..
Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
