Two cards. 1 challenge

As I told you my DT is coming into town.  Well last week was her birthday, the 23rd.  So I made her a quick B-Day card - Hello Kitty is her favorite.  I have had this Sizzix for sometime but have never used it.  Hope she will like it.

 

Next I made this card for Card Patterns Sketch 48  

All I have to say about it I HATE IT!  There is 1 thing I like.. just the 1st time using cutting & embossing with my blossom Nesty.
