Hope everyone is well. I've been working alot but have been lucky to have a couple days off in a row for the last two weeks and those have become my craftin days. Yesterday my bestie and I got up semi early.. I do love my sleep ins. We both had coupons for free Rootie Tooties and we headed off to IHop. Breakfast was great and my total bill came to $2.12. Gotta love that!
Next we headed off to get supplies at HL. Loaded up we then headed for her house. All the kids in school and a really big table it's the perfect place to get our craft on. We have a few projects in the works but my goal was to get the two frames I had started completed and start our next Halloween project.. a wall hanging.
As you saw my last Wiggle Eye Frame I decided to make two others in a smaller version. The first one I knew I wanted to use this ghost die by Sizzix I have. My vision was to have him peeking out the side of the window. After a few attempts this is what I came up with.
So on to the next one.. this one I made a big boo boo.. LOL after I got it all completed and sat back to take a look I realized that I had made the whole thing upside down. The frames are the real inexpensive ones from Mikes that have a little dowel that you slip in the back to hold it up. Well the little hole was on the top and not where it should be. So had to think fast! I decided to make it a wall hanging. I think it turned out better than a stand up frame.
So there you have it.. a day of crafting. There is one more Halloween project in the works so stay tune and this one is even bigger and better.
Big Mamma Luvs Ya
XOXO
